Protocol on Freedom of Expression
A resolution for the adoption of an Additional Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, on Freedom of Expression was drafted at the CSO AU Summit conference on Strengthening Freedom of Expression organised in Accra, Ghana 25-26 June 2007. The communique (COMMUNIQUE_Free_Expression.doc) and resolution (CSO_Resolution_Freedom_of_Expression.doc) are available.
