Andualem Sisay (AfricaNews)--The formation of the Union Government of Africa was one of the major topics during the 12th African Union (AU) Summit held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In fact, the reason for extending the heads of State summit was the result of disagreement among the leaders. The leaders were unable to reach consensus on the formation of the Union Government.
