Pudenciana Temba (Daily News)--The 24th Plenary Assembly of the Southern Africa Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC-PF) ended on November 29, 2008 with a call on governments in the region to hasten the move to turn the forum into fully functioning parliament.
