(PANA)--A total of 264 measures recommended by the executive board or the conference of AU heads of state and government in several sessions, have either not been implemented or were only partially implemented, according to a report from the executive board that PANA obtained on Wednesday at the on-going AU summit in the Libyan city of Sirte.
