Sports???
I am not really a sports person but onre thing that i do know is that it is good for me and you as well.I haven’t done much sports but I am a pretty active person and to me sports does’nt neccessarily mean a field, balls and all that.I can say dancing is a good sport and I do tat very often and I am not claiming to be fit but lets just say that if a crocodile(I really fear crocodiles infact, reptiles for that matter) showed up at this precise moment i could run for my life.Obviously,I dont have to say much to say about sports so I will sign off.

Dance is a great way to release and express yourself. Of late it has also been introduces as a form of exercise through hip hop and other forms of dance.
It is a fun sport. I want to enrol in the dance class than are now being offered in some studios in town. I think it would be a fun tihng to do so when you are around we can do this together and share it with the rest of the members/bloggers.
There is a South American woman..I forget her Name she teaches dance as a form of expression and confidence boosting. She never had a good self esteem and she is not as small in size but she later came to love herself and appreciate herself as a person. She is now a dance consultant and teaches girls and boys dance for confidence. It just shows that its not about the size of your body but about what you get from the sport you feel works for you
Take care dear!

Just remember that you are never too old to start playing sports. My mother began playing golf when she was in her 40s. My grandmother began playing golf when she was in her 50s. I am 42 and have started jogging—just a little bit—for the first time in my life.
