As part of celebrating the decade of democracy, the Foundation for Human Rights in South Africa in partnership with the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, invites civil society organizations to submit proposals in respect of programmes that deal with violence against women and children and which supports the efforts of women to take charge of their lives.
