AWID' E-based discussion:
Young Women and Reproductive Technologies
*****************************************

The Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID) is hosting a
4-week e-based discussion to find out what young women are currently
thinking about reproductive technologies. We invite all interested young
women to provide their perspectives and insights into this discussion,
which will be co- hosted by AWID's Young Women and Leadership program and
the Gender Equality and New Technologies program.

This is a critical discussion, which we hope will provide space and open
up dialogue for young women to make the connections between reproductive/
sexual health and rights and the influence that technology may have on
these. Your participation and insights are essential for making this
discussion as fruitful and provocative as possible!!

The discussion will commence on Monday, November 17th 2003 and will run
until Friday, December 12th 2003. It will be a moderated discussion, where
at the beginning of each week different issues will be raised and a set of
questions will be provided to guide contributions to the discussion.

If you are interested in participating in this discussion, please write to
[email protected] to subscribe to our discussion list.
