The American Conference on diversity mission is to work with leaders to create and enhance a society that embraces social justice for us all. The Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of the American Conference on Diversity educational training programs and events through the organization's Youth Leadership Institute, ShopRite Center for Workplace Diversity and Community and Government Initiatives.
