Sur – Human Rights University Network and the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) welcome contributions to be published in a Special Issue of Sur – International Journal on Human Rights on Transitional Justice. The Sur Journal is published twice a year, distributed free of charge to approximately 2,700 readers in over 100 countries.
