The Foundation for Democracy in Africa and New College of Florida are pleased to announce a new scholarship program aimed at bringing more talented Africans to the state Honors college. The scholarship is designed to identify and help an African student to attend a four-year degree program at the New College of Florida. Desired students should have passed the TOEFEL and completed the secondary school placement exams in their country. All applicants must meet the New College of Florida’s admission requirement to be eligible.
