If African universities can begin to share resources in this way, many shortages could be redressed, especially in Maths, Science and Technology education.
Steven Gilbert, President of the TLT Group (Teaching, learning and Technology), invites educational technology practitioners to contribute web site addresses that "describe open source professional development resources (i.e., those where the originator(s) encourage others to help modify, improve, or add to the resources)."
