Emerging consensus at a meeting on peace and conflict in Africa has pointed accusing fingers at “external influences” as the main motor of conflict making in Africa. The meeting is one of several thematic meetings taking place at the 2004 African Social Forum in Lusaka, Zambia from December 10-14.
