This is an opportunity to upgrade

LATEST NEWS
"just in time - just enough"
information screened for water people

an E-mail newsletter published nearly weekly since 22
March 1996 for subscribers.
But today it is free for all!

Starting from today, not longer sent as an attachment
(no fear anymore of viruses nor loss of time for
opening) but still with internal linked icons for
quick navigation within the message. Each short
article in LATEST NEWS has always an Internet link.
Once published in LATEST NEWS, each article is
transferred one week later to KeyWATER's chessboard
where it stays as long as it is relevant. Thus no need
to store LATEST NEWS. KeyWATER itself has an archive
of the last 8 issues of LATEST NEWS
