The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) is accepting applications for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Access to Learning Award for 2004. The award is given annually to a public library or similar organisation outside the United States that has shown a commitment to offering to the public free access to information technology through an existing innovative program.
