Project 1

Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate lay counsellors;
Provide Voluntary Counselling and Testing(VCT);
Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) and HIV/Aids.

Project 2
Provide Home Community Based Care Services (HCBC;
HIV Prevention (Information, Education and Communication – IEC), High Transmission Services and Commercial Sex Workers; and
Directly Observed Treatment Short Course (DOTS) for Tuberculosis.
Project 3

The funding will be provided to a specific number of NPOs per region and district based on the requirements covered in Project 1 and Project 2.
