leading up to the World Summit. It offers governments an
opportunity to shift those subsidies and grant equitable access
to energy, helping to eradicate poverty by providing developing
nations the abundant,safe energy from the sun,the wind, and the
tides and diminishing the threat of nuclear proliferation world-wide.
