e-Africa - Journal of Governance and Innovation will be launched on May 1 by the South African Institute of International Affairs
Johannesburg, South Africa (www.wits.ac.za/saiia [2] ) . It will be a free e-publication to the leaders of nations, policy makers, key business and NGO people, academics and journalists across Africa.

If you wish to receive a free copy of the journal please send an email with your name, job category (eg government minister (and country), development researcher, managing director, journalist, etc..), the name of the organisation you work for and your email address to [email protected] [3] - in the subject line write: For e-Africa Subscription Database.

If you are an expert in a particular field, a researcher or journalist who wishes to contribute to the e-journal the rate is US20c a word or South African Rand 1,80. However, meticulous writing and attention to facts is required - all comments and facts need to be attributed to source. Writing pinned off the internet will be disacarded. Fresh writing, original research and copy that carries innovation, solutions or good strategic thinking is desired. It's fine to criticise but give solutions, provide alternatives. Each article needs to give 3 resources for further research by interested readers either books or publications (name of publication, name of author, date of publication, publisher) or three websites where more information can be found on the subject.
If you wish to contribute an article or paper (that has not been published elsewhere) to e-Africa please send an email to [email protected] [4] or write to Editor, e-Africa, Box 31596, Braamfontein, 2017 - this postal address should also be used for books or journals for review.
