Internationally known Israeli academic experts and university leaders will address the key issues global international trends in Higher Education, human resource strategies, gender roles in the public sector, and the weaving of academy and industry. Lectures will be supplemented by case study analyses, group discussions and workshops. In addition, participants will visit Israeli higher education institutions and meet with senior personnel, as well as enjoying sightseeing tours to well known Israeli cultural and religious sites.

A limited number of TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS are still available for participants from developing and transitional countries (Only payment of airfare and the local living expenses while in Israel will be required if a tuition scholarship is awarded).

The deadline for registration is November 30, 2003.
