International Training of Facilitators, Accra, Ghana 14-26 June 2004

The fourth annual International Training of Facilitators will be held over
ten days in June 2004. Designed and delivered by the Institute of Cultural
Affairs Ghana in conjunction with ICA:UK, the course is open to both
beginners and experienced facilitators, and concentrates on introducing the
principles and methods of the ICA's Technology of Participation, which has
been used and developed worldwide over the past 35 years.

The Training introduces the tools and skills through a process of
demonstration, walkthrough, and practice, and gives participants the
opportunity to explore how they will apply what they have learnt in their
