The UNIFEM Regional Programme Director (RPD) in Rwanda is the coordinator and leader of UNIFEM's programme in the Central Africa Region. The RPD is also responsible for the overall management of the programme office and is UNIFEM's representative at the UN Country Team under the leadership of the UN Resident Coordinator.
