The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is considering how to structure participation and representation of individuals from throughout the global Internet user community ("At-Large members") within ICANN. To provide ICANN's Board with additional information on the level of interest in a self-sustaining At-Large membership, we are asking all interested individuals to complete the survey posted on the At-Large Study Committee website [2] by February 28, 2002. (The survey is in English, but will soon be available in additional languages.)
