Infections in Africa

1st Announcement and Call for Abstracts

In the last few years, a lot of new frontiers of knowledge have been
crossed in the scientific, social and political fields in response to
the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

These developments are a source of hope to the human race especially
in Sub-Saharan Africa where the pandemic has continued to threaten
the human existence.

ICASA conference is the forum where every 2 years, African Scientists,
Health providers, social leaders, political leaders and communities
come together to share experiences and updates on the response to
the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

The next ICASA (13th ICASA) conference will be held in Nairobi Kenya
from 21st - 26th September 2003.

Abstracts:

Abstracts are invited for presentation at the conference.

The abstracts are to be submitted in either English or French
Language.

The abstracts body must be between 100 to 300 words.

Deadline: 28th February, 2003.

Registration:
Applications for registrations should be received at the Secretariat
by 31st June 2003.
