Resource Alliance invites registered African not-for profit organisations to enter an awards competition for their resource mobilisation achievements. The participants will be required to explain and describe their local resource mobilisation technique, whether it was successful or if not what lessons were learnt.
Resource Alliance will cover booking and air ticket cost for the winner to attend 5th International Workshop on Resource Mobilisation in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26-28 March 2004. The second price will be free place and travel (if required) to the 11th Eastern Africa Regional Fundraising Workshop in 2004 (Dates and venue to be advised). The last three winners will receive a free copy of "The Worldwide Fundraiser's Handbook" Second Edition. All 5 winning entries will be featured in the Resource Alliance e-newsletter "Global Connections" and will form part of a publication on local resource mobilisation case studies in Africa.Entries MUST be submitted by email or post to Resource Alliance by Friday, 14 NOVEMBER 2003
