Minimum requirements
An appropriate university degree from a recognized institution, preferably in the social sciences, law or development management.
At least five years management experience in a development or human rights based organization or work.
Demonstrable leadership and strong analytical and writing capabilities;
Advocacy, lobbying and networking skills.
Extensive experience in fundraising, financial management and narrative and financial reporting.
Understanding of and experience in land reform politics and programmes in South Africa and/or rural development issues in the sub-continent.
Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
Valid Drivers License (08)
