Human Rights Update, Newsletter of the Human Rights Unit of the Commonwealth Secretariat, provides a comprehensive briefing on human rights issues related to the Commonwealth. It continues with a special feature on the Rights Based Approach to Development, following on from a January 2003 feature on the same subject.
