SANGONeT is happy to announce that your wait is nearly over. With the support of USAid, we will be launching a new information portal called Thusanang in August 2002.

Thusanang will initially focus on South Africa, moving into Southern Africa in the not too distant future.

Thusanang will offer a range of funding and fundraising services including:

* ins and out of E-commerce and on-line fundraising. Join us on a journey of discovery.

* a comprehensive on-line fundraising resource centre.

* a volunteer database that matches volunteers with organisations.

* fundraising training courses.

Thusanang aims to:

* keep you informed about key funding and fundraising issues.

* promote good grantmaking AND grantseeking.

* create a space for you to share your funding and fundraising experiences and ideas.

* build capacity for financial sustainability.
