Matthew Wilhelm-Solomon writes that the extent of the virus in Northern Uganda is perhaps more severe than figures indicate, “as the expansion of combination antiretroviral therapy – the treatment which can suppress the replication of the human immunodeficiency virus - to the camps has been severely limited due to dangerous access routes and impoverished resources.”
